Shane Duffy – CEO from Natsils – National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services“Change the Record in partnership with the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services (NATSILS) has launched a petition calling on the government to retain the only dedicated national program addressing disadvantage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the justice system, the Indigenous Legal Assistance Program (ILAP).
