Kirsten Pilatti CEO from Breast Cancer Network Australia October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. Early detection, diagnosis, different stages, types of cancers the treatments and the myths are all part of the process to make women feel more comfortable about their journey.


James Bateman – Less than two years ago, Mr Bateman, a Gamilaroi man, was living out of a van in his hometown of Moree in northern New South Wales and dealing drugs to support his habit. He now wears his badge of sobriety proudly as he goes into his second year clean from crystal methamphetamine, but it was a life he never believed would be his. An insight into how addictions impacts rural Australia.
