The Program has been designed with the purpose of providing business support and information to established Aboriginal and Torres Islander building and construction businesses within the Far North Queensland and North Queensland regions until the end of the year.
Oral McGuire, native seed farmer talking about Aboriginal farmers in Western Australia sow the seed for carbon credits and land restoration. In Beverley, south-east of Perth, man Oral is working to meet that demand by fusing regenerative and traditional land management practices.
Garry Goldsmith, Project leader talking about Yorke Peninsula’s gynburra, or butterfish, population subject of a study to preserve the species. A new project to capture cultural and scientific data on the fish was started by the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation and Southern Fishery and Ecosystem Solutions.
