Big Name, No Blankets celebrates the phenomenal journey and impact of Sammy Tjapanangka Butcher, one of the founding members of Australian music icons Warumpi Band in an epic rock ‘n’ roll theatre show. Named after Warumpi Band’s debut album — Big Name, No Blankets is a theatre show featuring Warumpi hits, showcasing Luritja and Gumatj (Yolngu Matha) languages and culture. ILBIJERRI is one of Australia’s leading theatre companies creating innovative works by First Peoples artists. Cristian Couto, CC Futbol Academy Director of Football, talking about the C.C Futbol Academy at the 2025 The Gañafote Cup. C.C Futbol Academy U12 players will be 1 of 8 teams that will compete in the inaugural grassroots World Cup in Spain. Representing not just Australia but also the Oceanic Continent, they are going to play in the Quarter Finals against some of the world’s best clubs such as Italy’s great AC Milan. The Gañafote Cup is an international grassroots soccer tournament born in 2017. With 450 teams from 35 countries and in excess of 10,000 players, this is to be an amazing experience for their players to play in a tournament of this size. The CC Futbol squads have been training extremely hard for the past year to prepare themselves for the high-level tournament. They can’t wait to continue creating more football experiences and memories for their players. C.C FUTBOL ACADEMY is based in Far North Queensland servicing the Cairns and surrounding areas, offering soccer coaching and training for both outdoor and indoor.
