We had:

Courtney Peleseuma, student midwife studying at Australian Catholic University (ACU), talking about the Away From Base Program. The AFB Program is a great study mode in which Indigenous students are well supported with tutors to study online.

Angela Bates, Screen Australia’s Head of First Nations, talking about Meta and Screen Australia launch third year of First Nations Creator Program for Instagram. The immersive program is an opportunity for up to 15 First Nations recipients to receive funding, intimate educational experiences and continuous fostered growth to help create long term career prospects in social media and digital content creation.

Karen Lee Mungarrja, Inidgenous Artist, talking about Northland Shopping Centre commissions Wiradjuri artist for art series. The “All Are One” collection, or Ngumbaay-dyil in Wiradjuri language, represents a multi-layered story referencing the Wurundjeri Peoples, Aboriginal culture and the unique diversity of the Darebin community that celebrates, nurtures and provides unique opportunities for all people to have a voice.
