We had:

Shontell Leah Ketchell, aspiring screenwriter who works as a production operator on a coal mine in Central Queensland talking about her SBS doco – Sistas in Mining which aired 2 weeks ago. She discusses how she entered the industry as part of an Indigenous program, working in a male dominated industry and much more.

Ross Andrews, Mayor of Yarrabah Aboriginal Shire Council, talking about how Yarrabah Community unites against youth crime. Yarrabah Community leaders are fed up with the behaviour of a small number of community members and universally declare, “Enough is Enough”.

Nikita Marie Fourmile Sellin, Yarrabah woman from the Junkuri Laka Justice Group in Mornington Island, talking about how she has been awarded the Queensland Law Society’s First Nations Solicitor of the Year Award. Congratulations Nikita!
