Commander Mark Tandy – Officer in Charge – Navy Indigenous Development Program, Breanna Jocobs-Rochford – Leading Seaman Combat Systems Operator, Monifah Seekee – Leading Seaman Combat Systems Operator talking about the Navy Indigenous Development Program. In partnership with the Queensland Government, the Navy Indigenous Development Program adventure training at the Northern Outlook in Redlynch. There the recruits undertake a number of activities, including indoor climbing to build skills in trust, teamwork and leadership.
