Nicole Monks, Biennale of Sydney co-curator, talking about the Uluru Statement from the Heart Symposium at SubTerrains Bankstown Biennale. Running from 8 October until 26 November, SubTerrains proudly features 12 contemporary creatives, most of whom are local western Sydney First Nations artists, and the work of over two dozen additional artists through the artistic collectives Juxta, and Kantanka Creative.
