We had:

Mikaela French and Alexandra Hohoi from Marrawah Law talking about the Census of Population and Housing. Every 5 years, the Australian Bureau of Statistics counts every person and household in Australia which is called the Census of population and housing. The census data is then used to help plan local services for individuals, families, and communities around Australia.

Kim Cullen, Executive Director of Citizens Commision on Human Rights Victoria, talking about how the abuse of children continues without criminal penalty under the Victorian Mental Health law.

Lyn Morgain, Oxfam Executive Chief talking about the statement on Aboriginal death in custody. “Today is another shameful day for our nation, with the death in custody of Ngemba man Frank ‘Gud’ Coleman, who was 43 years old. We at Oxfam would like to pass on our condolences to his grieving family, who reportedly had been unable to visit him in prison for an extended period.” Ms Morgain stated.
