Nick Van Dyke, Director of Impact Programs, Children’s Hospital Foundation, talking about the $110 million in funding contributed to sick kids by Children’s Hospital Foundation over the last decade. Queensland Children’s Hospital has provided critical healthcare to over 418,000 children and young people from Queensland and Northern New South Wales over the past decade. Throughout this time, the hospital has become a cornerstone of paediatric care in the region. On 29 November 2024, the Queensland Children’s Hospital is commemorating a decade of service to the children of Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Ben Bowen, Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF) CEO, talking about Australia Post partnership with ILF and the delivery of 500,000 books to First Nations Communities and Schools across Australia. Australia Post has safely delivered to more than 400 remote First Nations Communities, giving children and their families access to new, culturally appropriate books. They are proud supporters of the ILF’s Create Initiative, which provides the opportunity for people from remote Communities to write, illustrate and publish a book on the topic of their choice under the mentorship of ILF Ambassadors. You can share books with children in remote First Nations Communities by donating to the link below or at participating Post Offices!
